9:45 a.m. Arrive Frankfort Germany. Practicing German. 



3:15 arrived Dulles Washington, DC 

4:45 p.m. Boarding the flight to Rochester. 
5:10 p.m. Take off.

6:20 p.m. After 32 days we are back in Rochester. Time to zoom a normal life

7:00 p.m. Home again

I have all my usual post camino routines complete, e.g.  getting the car up to snuff checking with my doctors re medical appts catching up with my social organizations in terms of committments, responsibilities, etc prepping for the upcoming school season (student, not teacher) And yet so much makes so little sense to me right now.  I find myself wondering "What is the point?" Two Weeks To Go

Visited the physical therapist (Alex) yesterday, and she again strongly suggested that I give up pickleball with the Camino departure date so close. This time I listened, espeially because she gave me something else that I could do in the interim that would both help the hamstring slowly continue to heal, as well as replace the activity level of pickleball. So I am very measuredly adding jogging back to the routine.  It is more walking than jogging, but if it helps me heal, then that is a good thing. Training My Baltour backpack feels good. Packed everything well last night, so that when the alarm went off, I was able to jump out of bed, grab my backpack and head out to the community area without disturbing anyone else.  Waiting on the taxi in Portugalete to return us to Ontón and then we start walking. 9:10 a.m. Just finished a 1.25 mile 10% upgrade climb in just over an hour.
